We are actively seeking an experienced Hard FM Manager to work for an organisation based in London. The contract will last an initial 3 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Hard FM Manager
Location: London
Pay rate: £35 to £42 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on healthcare sites

* Manage internal staff and external contractors including compliance

* Technical hard FM issues on dispersed portfolio

* Work with construction projects department and provide expert hard FM advice

* CAFM

* (Hard FM background or associated qualification)
