Credit Hire Team Leader - Birmingham 📍

Miller Grace are with a highly regarded legal 500 firm, currently looking for a supervisor to join their vehicle hire team.

Your role will include:
▪️ All interim and performance reviews, including probation reviews
▪️ Absence management
▪️ Cascading and communicating information from senior management.
▪️ Motivating and engaging the team, as well as overseeing their well-being
▪️ Coach their team and provide support to develop their team members and proceed through the career framework

You should:
▪️ Have previous supervision experience, ideally in a Vehicle Hire motor environment however other supervision experience will be considered.
▪️Have demonstrable experience of handling a caseload which includes; credit hire, personal injury or similar case types.
