Your new companyAt Hays Education we are always looking to supply nurseries and schools with Teaching Assistants, and we have recently had a primary school in Blackburn approach us in need of an EYFS TA for next academic year. This school are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can come in and hit the ground running, providing an extra helping hand supporting the children.Your new roleYour new role will see you working across their nursery & reception classes with children aged 0-5 and your job will be to participate in imaginative play with the children to promote the children's learning and development. You will be implementing a range of exciting, creative activities appropriate for children, to challenge the children to promote their development and increase their confidence as independent learners. You should be confident in working with various ability pupils and immersing yourself in daily activities. This can be a great role for those looking to gain more experience working with children.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children.
