Interim Health and Safety Manager

£400 per day (outside IR35)

Are you looking to work for one of the UK's leading Principal Contractors? Interested in working with an organisation which have high standards and performance across health and safety?

We're currently recruiting an Interim Health and Safety Manager to lead across one of the largest high-rise residential construction projects in Birmingham. The ideal candidates will have experince working on RC Frame or high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities of the Interim Health and Safety Manager will include:

Visiting site, assisting, and advising project managers to ensure they can achieve the efficient and effective delivery of the Health and Safety strategy
Interfacing with both the client and key internal stakeholders
Leading on accidents and investigations as well as incident reporting and identifying the root cause
Addressing the existing systems of work to identify any flaws or training requirements necessary to improve cultureThe successful Interim Health and Safety Manager will have:

Proven experience with a Principal Contractor organisation
Ideally a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of IOSH
Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging clients and contractors
