Teaching Assistant - Primary School

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support childrens learning and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping pupils thrive in a nurturing school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils
Supporting children with additional learning needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a love for learning
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment

What Were Looking For:
A caring and patient approach to working with children
Previous experience working in a school or with young learners (desirable but not essential)
A good understanding of child development and classroom support techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
