 Processing inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams. Managing customer order reports. Assisting any Logistical requirements when needed. Assisting in the upkeep of the Backorder Report. Ensuring the Operations process is followed and Compliant with the rest of thebusiness. Requesting Supplier Shipment and Order Reports. Support International shipments (IOR) Support setup of IOR agents, find best customs route, clearance process

Profile

 Ability to work as a team member in a cross-functional, multi-disciplined matrixenvironment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Export regulations and compliance requirements Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organisation. Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and to work on your own initiative. Commitment, Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability. Work with colleagues in a collaborative way and ensure information relevant to thejob is shared/passed on to colleagues promptly as appropriate. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post and provide cover for colleagueswhen required. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & CiscoWebex is desirable, including SharePoint and an understanding of online portals. MS Dynamics 365 - Business Central and/or Finance. This may include DynamicsNAV/Navision/Dynamics CP/C5/SL - Essential. SAP/SIEBEL/ORACLE/COUPA/WORKDAY/ARIBA knowledge desirable.
