As a Peripatetic Nurse Manager, you will provide expert leadership and hands-on support across multiple sites, stepping into key management roles as needed. Whether acting as a Home Manager during periods of absence or supporting services facing challenges, you'll ensure the smooth running of operations and the consistent delivery of high-quality care.
What We're Looking For - Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with active NMC PIN.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in roles such as Home Manager, Deputy Hospital Director, or Hospital Director.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of specialist mental health and complex care services.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the West Midlands and Leicestershire as required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
- Dedication: A commitment to delivering excellence in care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Driving License: Essential for travel between services
Key Responsibilities - Interim Leadership: Act as a Home Manager during vacancies or absences, maintaining high standards of care and operational excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Director to implement policies, achieve goals, and contribute to the overall success of the region.
- Problem Solving: Provide hands-on support to homes facing challenges, addressing regulatory compliance, quality of care, and staff management.
- Staff Development: Inspire and mentor teams, promoting professional growth and fostering a positive working environment.
- Continuity of Care: Step into leadership roles in homes experiencing senior vacancies, ensuring stability and guidance for staff and residents.
