Butler Rose is delighted to represent a progressive accountancy firm with modern offices in Cambridgeshire seeking an Accounts Senior. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality accounts preparation and tax compliance services for a diverse range of business clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Role Responsibilities

• Accounts preparation
• Corporate and personal tax returns
• VAT returns
• P11D and other payroll services
• Process CIS returns and issue certificates
• Interacting with clients by telephone and visits

Personal Requirements

• Ideally ACA or AACA qualified with a minimum 3 year's General Practice experience
• Proficiency in CCH and sage 50
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and VAT regulations
• Ability to mentor and coach junior staff effectively, including reviewing their work
• Experience in preparing and submitting various tax returns
