Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the Tameside area. This role focuses on working within Key Stage 1 (KS1), and we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in phonics.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to boost phonics and early literacy skills.
Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
Providing additional support to students who require extra help with their learning.Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within KS1.
Strong knowledge and experience with phonics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
