Senior Project Manager
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading FM & building services provider in Derby.
You will play a vital part in overseeing projects from the design phase through to handover.
This is a full time permanent role, paying up too £70,000 per annum in addition to a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
* Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
* Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
* To deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.
* To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project.
* To build strong relationships with sub-contractors, in particular preferred suppliers, to ensure cost effective solutions.
* Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the projects business with effective team working and support of colleagues.
* Development of project financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
Essential experience the Senior Project Manager would need:
* Fully understand CDM
* Ideally would have worked for an FM service provider.
* Would have managed projects in a healthcare environment
* Familiar with the RIBA stages
* Strong client facing and customer services skills with the ability to cope with demanding and varied customer requirements
* Need to have a track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership
