Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing detailed and accurate tender bids using estimation software.

* Managing queries, maintaining quotation documents, and producing tender analysis forms.

* Presenting tenders to management, providing labour, material, and prelim analyses.

* Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to gather relevant information and ensure smooth project progression.

* Producing clear and concise tender letters and supporting client presentations.

* Identifying design risks during tender preparation and updating the risk register.

* Assisting the contracts team during installations and contributing to operational meetings.

* Supporting apprentice training and overseeing estimators' work for accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally within Building Services or M&E sectors.

* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.

* Proficiency in estimation software and ERP systems (experience with 4PS is a plus).

* Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

* Clear and effective communication skills to work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
