Are you an experienced Lead Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of electrical maintenance.

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Lead Engineer to join their growing team, covering a commercial contract in Southwest London.

The Role

As the Lead Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical equipment.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.

* Service, maintenance, repair on mechanical and building services equipment, including valves, pumps, motors, AHU's, FCU'S, belt changes and plant maintenance etc.

* General maintenance duties as and when required - PPM and reactive maintenance.

* Working Monday - Friday (7:30am-4:30pm) overseeing a team of 20 engineers.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Lead Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* You will hold relevant qualification in any trade - electrical or mechanical bias.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.

* Strong communication skills.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
