About the Role:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of our clients contracts.

You'll oversee all operational activities dynamic team fostering a culture of excellence in safety, quality, and operational delivery while driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

* Leading and mentoring Contract Delivery Managers to surpass client and internal KPIs.

* Executing the strategic vision for the business.

* Mobilising new contracts and embedding best practices across all departments.

* Championing safety and ensuring compliance at every level.

* Managing budgets, programmes, and contractual negotiations.

* Reporting on performance metrics, including safety and profitability.

What We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a proven track record in telecoms, or Facilities Management, who is ready to inspire a diverse team.

Key Skills and Experience:

* Extensive contract management experience in Telecoms or construction.

* Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and driving success.

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimise resources.

* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
