Science Teacher (MAT Cover) / KS3/4 / Secondary School/ Kingston

Have you ever wanted to be a KS3/4 Science Teacher and the opportunity to teach some fantastic students, while being close to home in Kingston, at a highly successful school rated as 'Outstanding'? This a maternity Science Teacher role that is full-time and starts in January 2025 and will last until August 2025.

Role expectation:

To plan and prepare Science lessons for pupils at KS3 and KS4
Complete the marking and assessment of pupils work and track progress
Take involvement with faculty and the department
Maintain high expectations of behaviour
Requirements:

QTS or QTLS is needed
NQTs/ECTs will also be accepted
Right to Work in the UK
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
Excellent behaviour management skills
Clean and current enhanced DBS on the update service
Up to date Safeguarding training
Passion for teaching and having a real impact on a student's education
