Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with one of the most iconic brands in the industry. You will play an influential role in shaping one of the biggest strategic growth drivers of the UK business over the next few years.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in influencing the growth strategy and improving the long-term profitability of the existing estate. Your role will require you to work closely with both Finance and non-Finance senior management to make recommendations that improve financial performance and ensure long-term financial success. Your role will touch many different aspects of the business, requiring you to work cross-functionally.
- Build internal and external partnerships to ensure all information influencing financial decisions is captured.
- Bring together these inputs to model the commercials for the pipeline.
- Conduct analysis of new business performance following opening, to feed into future pipeline store modeling.
- Review balance sheet accounts, working with cross functional team to reconcile the accounts on a monthly basis.
- Work with the wider Finance team to support the annual financial planning process.
