Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Castle Cary area who are actively looking to recruit an HR Advisor.

What you will be doing:

You will provide comprehensive HR support, facilitate employee relations and contribute to the development of HR processes and policies

Responsible for the recruitment process
Employee Relations, dealing with queries and providing advice
Staff development including L&D
Involvement in a variety of interesting project work What you will need to succeed:

CIPD qualified or equivalent
Proven track record in a similar role ideally gained within manufacturing or production
A confident communicator at all levels
The ability to work in a fast paced environment What you will receive in return:
