Key Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain, and repair dual fuel systems (gas & electricity) across residential and commercial properties.

* Complete safety checks, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues and solutions to clients clearly and professionally.

* Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

* Complete accurate paperwork and reports as required.

Key Requirements:

* Fully qualified and Gas Safe registered Dual Fuel Engineer with relevant certifications.

* Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems and their installation/repair.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality service.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers.

* Full UK driving license and own transport.

* A professional and proactive approach to work
