We are currently supporting one of our clients based in London, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis. This is a part-time vacancy which will ideally be office based, 3 days a week. To be successful, you will need to have experience in a similar position.

Typical duties include:

* Reconciling and allocating payments

* Ensuring any invoices are processed accurately and efficiently

* Investigating any discrepancies and supporting with any queries

* Managing a shared mailbox and action appropriately

* Ensuring any general administration duties are completed in a timely manner

* Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks to support the finance function

You will have:

* AAT Qualification would be preferred

* Experience using accounting software (Ideally SAP S4 Hana)

* Excellent communication, both written and verbal

* Strong excel skillset and excellent attention to detail
