Are you an experienced Technical Supervisor looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, providing leadership, management, and development of the engineering contract team.

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Technical Supervisor to join their growing team, to drive high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with stringent contractual KPIs and SLAs.

The Role

As the Technical Supervisor you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Oversight of all technical works being carried out within the contract, working in unison with the account Technical Manager

* Ensuring policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.

* Ensure contracts are staffed by full competent teams and fully understand the expected standards they should be meeting.

* Assist the Contract Manager to build a team which is customer focused within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.

* Be a point of contact and support the engineering teams, giving leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support where required to deliver best practice, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.

* Liaise with contractors for quotations/surveys for remedial and maintenance works.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Technical Supervisor, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Must have Electrical City & Guilds C&G 2365 Level 3 Electrical Qualification & 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations as a minimum.

* Experience in managing sub-contractors, running permit to work system and being accountable for others safety.

* LVAP / HVAP
