Job Role: Public Affairs Manager

Job Location: Southwark Council

Salary: £33.72 to £41.68 per hour

Working period: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Assignment period: 3-6 Months Ongoing

Location: Tooley Street - Minimum 3 days in-office

* Oversee public affairs, government engagement & policy monitoring

* Drive campaigns like Securing the Future of Council Housing (100+ councils coalition) & Back the Bakerloo (London infrastructure expansion)

* Keep leadership informed on political trends & opportunities to elevate the Council's profile

* Work closely with key decision-makers & external partners to deliver results
