Location: North West Office

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + profit related bonus

The role of Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out will involve:

* Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants

* Working closely with the Project Managers to oversee projects from handover to completion

* Monitor and control costs throughout projects

* Identify, track, report and price change as required

* Compile and submit monthly Applications/Valuations to clients in line with contract requirements

* Set-up and manage subcontractor accounts, making payments when due

* Produce monthly financial reports for active projects

* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out with

* Must have Quantity Surveying/Estimator experience within the construction industry, ideally fit out market sector

* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communicator both written and verbally across all levels

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Full UK driving license

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Good team player, with excellent people skills
