Revit / CAD technician - Greater Manchester - Long Term Contract - Outside IR35

I have an opportunity working with one of the best in the business. A client that is always busy with a specialism in Pharma and Healthcare projects that offers 12 month+ contracts outside IR35.

What you will need to apply:

* 5 years relevant experience in building services

* Capable of producing designs and co-ordination of turnkey projects for mechanical assets (HVAC/Piping)

* Knowledge of CDM regulations

Project works will be carried out on a highly regulated facility and will require a site presence.

Rates on offer are between £32 - £37 per hour - Potentially earning £70k before tax at the top end.
