Job Overview

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Advisor where you'll support advertisers in maximizing the success of their social media campaigns. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in social media marketing to assist advertisers with campaign strategies, budget optimization, and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an advisor on digital marketing strategies for advertisers, focusing on social media optimization.
• Provide information and guidance on using social media marketing tools to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze and evaluate social media advertising metrics to track effectiveness.
• Make both inbound and outbound calls with advertisers, advising on their advertisements and budget allocations.
• Understand and implement customer requirements, collaborating on effective sales funnel strategies.
• Identify trends and potential issues early, applying innovative ideas to enhance advertising campaigns.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base Salary: €2,750 per month gross
• Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 monthly
• Attendance Bonus: Additional €40
• Contract: Initial 1-year contract with a 4-month probation period; option to extend
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Training: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding program

Requirements:

• Must already reside in the Berlin area
• Fluent in Czech and proficient in English
