Futures are working with a leading player in the FMCG industry, known for their innovative products and commitment to excellence. Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and support daily sales and wider commercial operations.

The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring efficient sales operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing sales reports, managing sales documentation, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Monitor order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems. Generate and analyse sales reports to support decision-making.
  • Sales Coordination: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, events, and training sessions. Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.
  • Communication: Liaise with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and effective sales processes.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience of a Sales Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within FMCG
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
