Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a bespoke manufacturer to recruit an Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established team in Swadincote.

Salary- £44,000

Shifts- Days only- flexible hoursBenefits: 

• 29 days holiday including Bank holidays

• Up to 10% company pension
• Overtime available

Duties of the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:

• Carry out work orders by the Planned Preventative Maintenance system 
• Undertake diagnostic checks in machinery breakdown 
• Complete timely and appropriate remedial work to return the plant to service
• Identify any spare part requirements
• Diagnosing breakdown problems
• Install and commission to recognised standards any new or relocated equipment within the site

We are keen to speak with Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers who possess the following:

• Electrically qualified with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Ideally apprentice trained
• Have experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment- ideally heavy industry
• Experience with PPM’s and breakdowns
• PLC fault finding
• A sound working knowledge of modern pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components
