Job Title: Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Manager

Salary: Up to £40,000

Role Overview:

Our client requires the skills and expertise of an experienced Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Manager to deliver planned and reactive maintenance projects across a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial buildings. This is a fast-paced business with many projects in the pipeline and a focus on growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

The Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Manager will be responsible for delivering projects across Ground Management, Roofing, Joinery teams.

The successful applicant will work closely with our existing team, so a confident and personable character would be well suited to this role.

Key Requirements:

Five years relevant to experience of working with a building maintenance environment.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Ability to work across a variety of different project types
A full clean driver's licence is required as travel between sites will be necessary.
Beneficial Qualifications (not essential):

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association)
Previous roofing experience
