Hours of work: 07:30 - 16:00 (Mon - Thurs), 07:30 - 13:00 (Fri)

Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for BPSS Clearance.
Must have resided in the UK for 3 years minimum and be able to provide 3 years of employment history.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to carry out mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Assembler, your duties will include:

Performing mechanical assembly tasks
Constructing small sub-assemblies
Assembling fans, motors, and heaters by following assembly instructions and technical drawings
Assembling products to company standards
Utilizing various hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers, allen keys, torque wrenches, and electric power tools
Using measuring tools such as Verniers and Micrometers
Performing point-to-point wiring and crimping of small cables
Soldering small components
Carrying out general assembly duties across a range of productsKey Skills & Experience:

Ability to read and interpret drawings, CMMs, or SOPs
Experience working with SOPs alongside technical drawings
Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
Knowledge of hand tools (circlip pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, Swiss files, etc.)
Soldering skills on small components
Familiarity with machines such as lathes and drills
Brazing experience is desirable
Ability to work effectively within a teamInterested?
