Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum

At Accountable Recruitment we have a great opportunity for a Finance Systems Administrator/Analyst to join an exciting and established company in the Liverpool area.

Package: £32,000 to £37,000 DOEHolidays: 30 days + bank holidays Location: Liverpool - Hybrid Working pattern

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Ensuring the ledgers are correctly recorded on the system and training where required
  • Evaluation of processes and delivering new initiatives & key business decisions to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Liaising with stakeholders to drive business
  • Finance System maintenance / support POC
  • Budget and Forecasting maintenance on the system
  • Lead initial troubleshooting efforts to investigate system issues, exercising judgement to resolve or escalate as necessary
  • Working closely with FP+A / Reporting teams on system related month and year end tasks
  • Setting up user access and permissions in alignment with Financial Regulations
  • Support the Finance Systems Manager in development, maintenance, and administration
  • Production of dashboards, reports
  • Support different functions of the Finance team in ensuring postings, trackings, analysis are done efficiently whilst utilising the system in the best possible way

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of systems support
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience/ knowledge of BI reporting including ETLs, SQL and Data Warehouse Experience ideal
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting system (important) issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (both with stakeholders, external contacts and team members for training support)
  • Finance knowlegde / background.
