I am looking for a Campaign Operations Director to oversee the UK Campaign Operations Team.

The Role:

You will lead the efforts to support the UK agencies and clients, ensuring smooth back-end operations that help client-facing teams deliver top-notch service. You will be instrumental in supporting the planning and buying teams, ensuring that booked plans are smoothly transformed into live campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure operational excellence across all campaign operations processes.
  • Addressing discrepancies and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Lead efforts to rectify any issues when work is not meeting the expected standards.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the agency in direct dealings with Agencies and Clients.
  • Promote and implement best practices across the Campaign Operations team.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all campaign operations activities.
  • Monitor and report on the team's work and activities to senior management.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships with clients, media owners, and suppliers.
  • Motivate, lead, and develop the Campaign Operations team to achieve high performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Out of Home industry experience.
  • Previous people management and operations experience.
  • Strong communicator who can inspire others.
  • A quick thinker with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone with initiative who solves problems proactively and ensures others follow suit.
  • Experienced at using Excel with an underlying knowledge of data analysis.
  • A self-starter who can motivate themselves and their team.
