Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Registered Nurse to join one of our private clients, in a neurological care centre based in the Hitchin area. The individuals you will be required to care for will be aged 18 or over, and over a range of neurological conditions.

What you'll do:

• Use evidence-based guidelines to assess, plan, carry out, and evaluate personalised care.
• To provide high-quality care by cooperating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain all documents up to date in accordance with NMC regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Carry out all clinical care in line with the clients' policies and procedures.
• Ensure that the care team follows the interprofessional evidence-based care plan when delivering all services.
• Be in the position of overseeing patient care during the shift, where appropriate.

What we're looking for:

• A registered nurse with post registration experience in the clinical field.
• Awareness of current legislation within independent care sector.
• Experience of nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
• Skills in leading clinical practice development for client group.
• Proven skills in leading, building and influencing a team
