We are currently recruiting a Yard Manager to join our Operations Team and be part of our continuing growth, based at our Operation Centre in Wolverhampton, WV5 8AW.

You will be responsible for leading the yard team to provide excellent service to our customers and to ensure Copart processes are followed, under the general supervision of the General Manager.

The Yard Manager plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and development of staff and the continuous improvement of our current procedures including Health & Safety and the efficient running of yard operations.

You will be a role model to the team, by living and demonstrating our values; Act with Integrity, Be an Owner, Challenge the Norm, Get Results and Celebrate our people. You will have the opportunity to challenge the norm and actively work with colleagues to improve service delivery and measures of engagement.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role, of adhering to strict Health & Safety procedures and of working within a customer focused role.
