New to Care (Non-Med Trained)

  • Weekday Pay - £12.20 per hour
  • Weekend Pay - £13.20 per hour
  • Overtime Pay - £14.20 per hour
Care Assistant (<18 Months, Med Trained)

  • Weekday Pay - £12.30 per hour
  • Weekend Pay - £13.30 per hour
  • Overtime Pay - £14.30 per hour
Care Assistant (>18 Months, Med Trained)

  • Weekday Pay - £12.40 per hour
  • Weekend Pay - £13.40 per hour
  • Overtime Pay - £14.40 per hour
NVQ Level 2 Qualified

  • Weekday Pay - £12.50 per hour
  • Weekend Pay - £13.50 per hour
  • Overtime Pay - £14.50 per hour
NVQ Level 3 (or currently studying)

  • Weekday Pay - £12.60 per hour
  • Weekend Pay - £13.60 per hour
  • Overtime Pay - £14.60 per hour

The Role

Join their friendly and supportive care home team in Littlehampton, where you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to their residents. They are looking for compassionate individuals to support their residents with their daily activities, wellbeing, and independence in a safe and happy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care and daily activities, following individual care plans.
  • Support and encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in social activities.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow instructions from senior staff.
  • Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergency calls.
  • Ensure high hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
