A Finance Business Partner is needed to provide insight and support to our Accounting & Finance team. The role will focus on financial planning, management reporting, and strategic decision-making in a Not For Profit environment.

Description

• Support with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Provide financial analysis to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
• Support payroll reconciliation, VAT compliance, and insurance claims.
• Support audits, financial close-downs, and policy development.
• Provide training and guidance to finance staff.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• A commitment to the Not For Profit sector.
