They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator for one of their North London offices.

Required skills:

* Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months industry experience in Residential sales. However, this is not essential as full training will be given. A positive attitude is and you must be a hardworking enthusiastic individual.

* Used to working in an office Environment

* MUST HAVE a full UK driving licence.

Day-to-day duties include:

* Getting to know the local properties for sale

* Offering services to Vendors

* Developing leads into viewings/instructions

* Carrying out viewings

* Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market

* Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements

* Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale

* Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback

* Negotiating offers

* Diary management

* Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements

Package:

£15 -18,000 Basic (dependant on experience)

Realistic OTE 40K-45K (first year)

Hours

Monday - Wednesday 9am-7pm

Thursday - 9am-8pm

Friday - 9am-6pm

Saturday - 9.30am-5pm

You will have every third Saturday off
