Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A fantastic school in Croydon is looking for a dedicated Year 1 SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team for the remainder of the academic year!

?? Start Date: January 2024?? Duration: Remainder of the academic year?? Pay: £400 - £450 per week

About the Role:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to Year 1 students with SEND needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to implement tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEND, particularly in a primary school setting.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
