As part of our ongoing dedication to environmental responsibility, we are seeking a skilled and motivated EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) Assessor to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an EPC Assessor to play a crucial role in helping our clients assess and improve the energy efficiency of their properties. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting energy assessments, providing recommendations, and issuing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct energy assessments of residential and commercial properties to determine their energy performance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on energy-saving measures and improvements.
  • Generate accurate and compliant Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) using industry-standard software.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality EPC services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of energy-efficient solutions for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in energy-saving technologies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Certification as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) or Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA).
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations, particularly in the UK.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in EPC assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of EPC assessment software and relevant tools.
  • Commitment to environmental sustainability and energy conservation.
