As part of their expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Stevenage and drive business growth.

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored telecom solutions that enhance communication efficiency for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
Present and demonstrate telecom solutions, including VoIP, broadband, mobile, and IT services.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the telecoms industry.
Strong understanding of VoIP, hosted telephony, broadband, and unified communications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales pipelines effectively.
Full UK driving license (essential).
