We are currently Recruiting Temporary Support Workers for our clients in the Wiltshire area!

This particular client has supported living services in Chippenham, Westbury and Warminster.

You will be covering sickness and holidays across all four services, after completing shadow shifts to get to know the individuals you will be supporting.

The shifts for these services are 09.00 sleep 09.00, and #removed# and will be on an ad hoc basis.

The Role!

You will be supporting individuals who display behaviours that may challenge. Each individual also has varying needs including learning difficulties and physical disabilities.

You will support each service user in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care and support plans to enable you to give the very best support and help each individual to lead the most fulfilling lives.

You will understand that each service user has differing needs and you will provide support with all aspects of their daily lives from, morning routines and shopping to assisting with banking and attending appointments, or attending clubs and socialising with friends and family.

A full valid UK driving licence is essential to this role, you will need to be able to drive a manual vehicle, as each service user has their own mobility car to enable them to access the community.
