Job Title: Site ManagerLocation: Nationwide Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annumPackage Includes:Annual bonusCar allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidaysBupa healthcarePension scheme (5% employer contribution)Accommodation Expenses/meal allowanceKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage site operations.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with the site staff and sub contractors.Maintain high standards of health and safety on-site.Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.Work Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week.Monday to FridayWeekend work may be required and will include overtime compensation.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.CSCS/ SMSTS/ First aid/ Asbestos Awareness.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
