Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for 4x Site Supervisors on a 6 Month Contract, based in Hartlepool.

This role is Outside IR35.

This role will consist of 14 day rotations.

* Must be experienced in Pre-assembly tower completion activities.

* Must be able to evidence experience working in a similar role overseeing tower construction activities within the wind industry.

* Driving PL and Preassembly activities, schedule and progress.

* Report timings recorded by M&E contractor and issue reports on M&E contractors peogress to Site Management team.

* Be able to and having the confidence to challenge M&E contractor on execution, planning and work ethic of all works required under base scope tower completions and PLI works.

* Preparation work for future load outs (Material handling).

* Carrying out Pre walk with M&E contractor before client quality walkdown.

* Ensure M&E contractor is working effectively and efficiently.

* Identify gaps in planning and work ethic of M&E Contractor.

* Must have lean mindset with the delivery of a load out.

* Will work closely with the Quality team of the verification, validity and follow up actions on all non-standard works across the tower pre-assembly builds.

* Will be the point of contact between M&E Contractor and Site warehouse/logistics department for organisation, retrieval, and identification of all tower parts.
