THE COMPANY:

We're proud to be partnering with a highly successful and fast-growing business located in the Aylesbury area that is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team.

As the Sales Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for checking pre-produced Sales Invoices for accuracy and sending to clients, query management, reconciliation of the accounts and sales ledger reporting.

This is a busy role where you'll take full responsibility for the Sales Ledger and will be part of a busy finance team. An excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business where you can build a career.

THE SALES LEDGER CLERK ROLE:

As the Sales Ledger, you will be responsible for producing, verifying and sending daily, weekly and consolidated sales invoices to clients.
Ensuring the accuracy of around 300 to 400 invoices per month
Responsible for managing queries and resolving
Conducting account reconciliation
Attending weekly finance meetings to report on the sales ledger
Producing reports on MS Excel
Providing support to the wider finance teamTHE PERSON:

Must have experience in a similar role, such as, Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Assistant
An exceptional attention to details
Experience with Sage would be a significant advantage
