Eaton Syalon are working with an incredibly exciting high growth SME within the professional services space for an addition to their team.

Reporting to the Operations Director the role of Learning & Development Lead is pivotal in the delivery of our clients early years and broader talent development strategy as the business continues on its growth journey.

Our clients business has grown through acquisition and organically and they are now keen to put in some further structure around their Learning & development offering by appointing a designated Learning & Development individual in place. This role will encompass everything from ensuring new joiners have the tools they require to succeed, through to future leadership development and coordinating partnerships with external learning providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with line managers and key stakeholders across the business to assess learning requirements across the team from compliance/induction, early careers and broader talent development needs
  • Implement, facilitate, and manage all learning & development streams
  • Drive the delivery of business wide talent priorities
  • Coordinating and enrolling staff onto required internal training programmes.
  • Learning program design and delivery - including elearning and online resources.
  • Maintain a library of learning resources, such as books, videos, and online courses.
  • Management of external training providers including software training providers as well as other specialist external training providers
  • Feedback and performance review to assess effectiveness of training programmes

This role is ideally suited to a Learning and Development professional keen to put their own stamp on a new role and work proactively with the wider business to provide a productive learning environment for the employee population across the organisation. You will need to possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and plenty of initiative.
