Associate Mechanical Engineer / Design Manager required 🚨

We work in partnership with a Principal Contractor who specialise in aiding Local Authorities in their mission to decarbonise Schools, Universities & Colleges across Europe. Over the past few years, the company has experienced substantial growth, more than doubling its turnover in the last year.

They're looking for a Mechanical Associate / Design Manager to lead and manage the design process, working closely with clients from the early planning stages through to final approvals. This role will ensure the project timelines are met and expectations exceeded, supporting in more technically complex situations. You'll be joining a well-established team, inheriting an experienced Senior and Principal Engineer in the Birmingham office, as well as a capable BIM team. As the senior leader for the West Midlands office, you'll be a key figurehead in driving the company's success in the region.
