They boast a fantastic culture with hybrid working and development opportunities.Your new roleAs their new Head of Finance, you will work alongside the Heads of Development and Finance Business Partner to provide operational and strategic support on all financial matters, including support in developing appropriate commercial frameworks. You will be responsible for managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and for all aspects of compliance and control across your remit, which includes multiple business areas. What you'll need to succeedYou will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and educated to Degree level with full UK working rights in place, with a background in large organisations and a proven ability to lead, manage, develop, and motivate a professional team. You will have an agile approach to working in a changeable environment. You will also be adept at building relationships, influencing conversations and proficient in stakeholder management. A strategic mindset is key in this role.What you'll get in returnThis role is 18-months FTC with the likelihood of extension or permanent position and offers a competitive salary between £50,000 to £60,000 per annum dependent on your experience level, along with a fantastic benefits package, and a flexible hybrid working environment.
