Reception & Building Manager

Cannock, Full-Time, Permanent, On-site

Up to £34,000 per annum

This company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Reception & Building Manager to join their dynamic team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's reception and building management functions.

**Responsibilities Included:**

Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area, including greeting visitors, handling enquiries, and providing excellent customer service
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the building, including coordinating with service providers and contractors
Manage the security of the premises, including access control and monitoring
Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
Liaise with internal departments to address any facilities-related issues or concerns**Skills and Attributes:**

Proven experience in a similar reception or building management role
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle a wide range of inquiries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
