A specialist SEN school in Coventry is looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in care work, support work, or personal care, who want to use their skills to support children with autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing one to one and small group support for students with special educational needs.
Assisting children with daily routines, learning activities, and emotional regulation.
Using care-based approaches to support students' physical and emotional well-being.
Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Who We're Looking For:

Carers or support workers looking to transition into education.
Individuals with experience supporting autism, ADHD, or other complex needs.
Compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals who can provide emotional and practical support.
People with experience in personal care, behaviour management, or therapeutic interventions (desirable but not essential).
