Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for delivering excellence in food manufacturing? We're recruiting for a leading food production company based in Wrexham that's looking for a hands-on and dedicated professional to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 25 employees, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards across operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the factory, working closely with the Site Manager and leading by example on the shop floor.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing production teams on rotating shifts (6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm).

* Ensuring adherence to health & safety, quality, and performance standards.

* Collaborating with the Site Manager to achieve production targets and goals.

* Fostering a positive, motivated team culture while identifying training and development opportunities.

* Troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges to maintain seamless production.
