Senior Mechanical Engineer / Intermediate Mechanical Engineer required

We're working with a leading national contractor in the sustainable energy space - a company that's not only reshaping the future of heating design but also making a real impact on high-profile projects across the UK. From groundbreaking work at Parliament to connecting iconic buildings like Embassy Gardens in Central London, they're known for bringing innovative, low-carbon solutions to the built environment.

Right now, they're looking to bring on a Senior or Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing Bristol team. In this role, you'll take the lead on key projects, manage client relationships, and work through RIBA stages 3 and 4. You'll be hands-on with the design of mechanical systems in commercial buildings - including plant rooms, boiler rooms, and ground source heat pump systems - for both new builds and retrofits.

Who they're looking for:

4-6 years' experience in mechanical or heating system design

Background in consultancy or contracting

*

Strong understanding of sustainable heating technologies

*

Comfortable leading projects and interfacing with clients

£40,000 - £55,000 base salary
