37 hours per week - Monday - Friday shifts between 08:30am - 18:00pm

Tate are working with a local authority based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis to start on Monday 18th November.

As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure all customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and provide support/advice to customers with complex queries.
Handling complaints and supporting vulnerable customers.
Working efficiently alongside other departments to work out the best resolution for customers.
Updating customer details on the system and logging audit trails.You would be part of a friendly, supportive team with excellent training and long-term career development opportunities.
