Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Colchester (hybrid)

We are working with a fantastic brokerage based in Essex, and due to growing lead sources, they are looking for another Mortgage Advisor to join them.

This is a self-employed role - there are no monthly costs, all leads provided (many of them are HNW!), and they can pay a retainer to guarantee your earnings for the first few months.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
Whole of market background is required.
You'll ideally be based in the South East, although this role can be predominantly remote.Benefits of a being a Mortgage Advisor;
